I would not recommend this contractor. He installed my patio overhang with sky lights. The sky lights are now broken and although my receipt states there is a lifetime warranty he states the sky lights are not included in the warranty. There are no exclusions listed on the warranty. It was very difficult to contact him. No answer during business hours and the mail box was full. I texted and emailed him numerous times. It took at least two months to get his response. The warranty is meaningless. If you want someone who stands behind their product and will work with you don’t use John Stout.

Terrible experience. Alumawood patio cover was a sloppy job. I am beginning a small claims action against him. In the first year I sent numerous emails and pictures and videos of the roof leaking among numerous phone calls. Only a few times the call was answered. His assistant kept telling me he will be there on a certain day but always a no show. DO NOT HORE THIS CONTRACTOR. It has been 2 years in August and nothing. Even went to his so called place of business in Tedding and not even his offices. Not his place of business at all!
