Beware. This contractor is bankrupt and will steal your money without completing the work. We hired Jim on July 27, 2017 to do work in our home in Vienna, VA. He started the job, but over time stopped showing up. As of October 21, the job is still incomplete and, even worse, he claims his company is insolvent so he has no money for the materials needed for completion. Unfortunately, we paid him for the materials and for 97% of the work. Please do a better job than we did vetting contractors (we did not use BuildZoom, unfortunately). And definitely stay away from this one.

I hired this contractor for an extensive remodel for my residence in Annandale, Virginia in August 2018, the contract was worth just under 100K. The length of the project was set at 5 months. Hiring Mr. Capazio is probably the worst decision that I've made in choosing a contractor. The projected was projected to take 5 month, as of July 2019, the project hasn't been completed.
