Terrible work. Lousey person. Can't say enough bad about John Hinkley and his business ways. Lies about everything he does. Work was shabby at the best. Does not have a license to contract any work, the fact is he has been fined before for no license or bond Real big liar on everything he says. Be sure to check this guy out before you lose your money like I did.

I had John Inkley come out to give me a quote for a shower, tub and flooring job. He was loud, brash and spoke over my wife but I gave him the benefit of the doubt since he had recent surgery on his nose and face due to skin cancer. He was very needy and called me over and over obsessively. He was very difficult to get off of the phone because he is insecure and needs to hear himself talk. He made me suspicious when he insisted he be paid only in cash. When I asked if he was licensed, bonded and insured he said he was insured but when pressed admitted it was only health insurance. He then also admitted he wasn’t licensed, insured or bonded. He said he was willing to sign a release of liability but the day he was due to start the job he sent a text stating he couldn’t start because he was in a legal battle and couldn’t work without a license. He had every opportunity to tell me. He had no problem obsessively calling the day before, which was Easter Sunday, asking me to pay for a Home Depot order so he could pick it up to start the following day. This guy is everything the earlier reviewer said and more. I wish I had read the review prior to today. I only hope to save someone else the headache that I have from dealing with John Inkley. While I am not out much money, I did spend about $2,000 to be ready to start the job.
