The contractor shows up early and leaves. Then says I owe him $50 for another call. He says my call "doesn't matter" to him. We are trying to turn an outbuilding into a studio apartment for a disabled vet in a powered wheelchair. This contractor was rude, dismissive, unprofessional and honestly, I'm still in shock from it. How UNAMERICAN can you be?? Avoid this contractor. I have texts to prove all I have stated here.
