They came out to wire a new water heater and pump, contracted by the water heater company. Because the pump cord was too short to reach the outlet, they jerry-rigged it with our orange extension cord running through the garage. Stayed that way for almost a month, not to code. After we called them to fix it, they blew off first appt with us (didn't show up or call), and were 20 minutes late for 2nd appt.
I see Dustin is not wearing a mask in our kitchen. I ask him to be masked and offer him a new N95 mask, sealed in plastic. Five minutes later, he's wearing it under his nose.
We asked them if they could fix a few outlets and indoor lights, which took 30 minutes extra. At the end of the extra 30 minutes of work, they asked for $250 for a full service call when they were already paid to come out by water heater company. But on their second appt. they ran out of time or didn't order or lost (?) an outlet cover. Now we have brown outlet covers over the counter in the kitchen, except for one of our old white ones, which looks a lot worse than before . . . because they ran out of time on the second service call. So 90 minutes of work (including looking for a lost brown outlet cover) for over $450. That one white outlet cover really looks bad next to the brown ones they put in. Wish I could paint it.

We met Dustin through a company that was replacing our HVAC system. We had a number of other electric needs in our new house that ranged from replacing a super old electric panel, running new lines, installing dedicated service to bathrooms, adding light fixtures to rooms, and more. Dustin was wonderful to work with. He was straightforward, communicative, super efficient, and did the work for a good and fair price. Even after we'd hired him and added other items onto the project, he didn't try to price gouge us - gave us reasonable quotes every time. He also navigated PG&E successfully to get our work permitted and kept our costs low by limiting their scope creep. He was so easy to work with and reasonable it made this project easy.
