While Jonathan is highly skilled and personable, and his price quote for bathroom remodel was fair, he had trouble showing up after the first week or two. He must have picked up another job, because he would come work for an hour or two, then disappear for a day - or three. Finally he promised he'd, "Be there on Friday," but stopped answering texts and calls, and still hadn't shown up by Sunday. I had to let him go. Another contractor finished the job. I hired Jon in the spring 2018, but at that rate .. would've been showering by Christmas.
Further, my moving in was dependent on the bathroom being finished, so Jon's delays cost me a fortune. # -

Jonathan gave us a written estimate for a few home improvement jobs we needed to get done including:
Two large window replacements- one behind our kitchen sink first floor,
The other on second floor switching from awning to double-hung. We were out of state during most of the time he was working at our house in Ocean County.
In addition, he worked on our bathrooms installing two light fixtures, buying and installing a vanity top, fixing plumbing issues, refinishing solid wood bedroom doors, mounding work, spackleing and painting and fixing sliding door hardware.
He work was impeccable. He was honest , worked efficiently and cleaned up after his jobs. He returns phone calls , clarifies questions we had, and even saved us some money : we forgot we had paid some money and he corrected our calculations to inform us we had paid more than we thought already! Now that is an honest worker! I would highly recommend his services for a wide range of home improvement projects.

Excellent job demolishing and redoing our full bathroom. Installed soundproof walls and floors. Installed subway tiles. Purchased and installed sink vanity. Installed floor tiles. All garbage wash removed , areas swept after each day. New bathroom is absolutely stunning.
