By Tyrone R.July 2, 2022Demolish concrete porch, rebuild with 3 tier concrete steps$1,700
I had a very bad experience, work was to be completed 4 days, had to hire another contractor to complete the job. The cement work that was done to my steps was sloppy.Neglected to tell me that he only works weekends when I hired him. He doesn’t write up a written contract to item for parts and labor for the job. My yard was left in shambles for days waiting for the work to be completed.I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

By Janice L.December 8, 2020Rebuild Exterior wall that was cracked and fallingRead more
This man CAN NOT BE TRUSTED with any job I don't care how big or how small to do the work he is paid to do. He will get your money and come up with all kinds of excuses as to why he can not finished the job he started. I paid a deposit of $2,250.00 for him to build a wall in the front of my house that was cracked and falling August He picked up the check on Monday August 17, 2020. It was posted to my account on Tuesday August 18, 2020. His sons came out on Saturday August 14, 2020 to tear down the wall and haul away the debris. The wall is still the way they left it. I have been texting him ever since trying to get my money back. All I get is excuses. The bricks that you want are not in the warehouse has a back log. He had a family emergency and was out of town. He will call back when he get off of 76 call never came. I will call you in two hours. call never came. when I asked for a refund of my deposit for the mess that he made of my front. He has left my wall worse than it was since he touched it. The rain and wind has taken away a lot of the dirt. so now the wall is much shorter than it was. He texted me back that he will refund $1,500.00 dollars. He texted me in Oct that he will come and clean up the mess from the dirt falling because there's nothing holding it up. Of he was a no show. On Saturday Oct 17 he texted to say he will have my deposit back to me by Sunday morning and of cause no show. Didn't hear from again until November 9th telling me the check is in the mail. As of this post December 12, 2020 I still have not received my deposit back.

By Robert B.July 15, 2020Concrete work$1,400
Paid deposit and they returned the next day to break up the walkway and the pieces were picked up in the afternoon. Working thru the high heat and humidity the work was completed fast and professional. I will call this Contractor again if I need cement work. A great job, thanks.

5/13/19-Met to discuss the project and requested an email of the work being performed be sent
5/14-Paid deposit in cash; I asked again for an email of the work be sent; he started breaking up the concrete this evening
5/16-walkway completely broke up and most concrete removed
5/29-concrete poured for walkway
5/30-steps poured and balance paid in cash, I asked again for that an email of the work be sent
6/4-I asked when the front of my house will be cleared and he stated “tomorrow”
6/5-I came home and he was clearing out the wood on my lawn and took down the forms around the steps and said he would come back later to pick up the concrete still in front of my house in the street; for the third and final time I asked about the work write up to be sent to me by email and he said he would set a reminder to send it and still to this day I have not received it. I also asked him about cleaning up the concrete from the railing and he said he would use a wire brush and some acid I believe to clean it up
6/7-the concrete in the street in front of my house was a topic of discussion at my block association meeting in which I responded that it should be cleared out in the up coming week
6/12-I still have broken concrete on my lawn and in front of my house in the street
6/14-sent a text asking when the concrete in the street in front of my house would be removed and received a response of “this week”
6/16-it’s now Sunday-Father’s Day and I’m still looking at concrete sitting in front of my house in the streetI am highly disappointed in service overall and in myself for trusting this contractor. I learned a few lessons during this process that will not be repeated.

I highly remind all consumers: You must not hire this contractor! The contractor's character and behavior are not good, and he is suspected of fraud.
My driveway widening project contract was signed on March 18, 2023 for a total of $8,500. I made a down payment of $5,000 by private bank check, and the balance will be paid upon completion.
Work started at the end of March, and then came once a week to dump industrial waste. Now it has developed to once every two weeks, half an hour each time. The project that can be completed in three days has not been completed until four months. So far my widened driveway is full of grass, like a wasteland.
I am going to hire a lawyer to help me recover my down payment. Now he is involved in lawsuits. I hope everyone can learn from me.
