  I agree with the other two reviews. The lies, the cutting corners, not making repairs, the arrogance are all true. Plus, he doesn't do what he promises to do. He had us pick out what we wanted but didn't use the items we selected. He put some white and some off white siding on our patio and said that we had specified that we wanted that. His brother who helps him supports the dishonesty and defends the poor workmanship. We had a house built, but the finished product didn't have many of the features of the design. Buyer Beware!

  Just found out this company built our home. Poor workmanship and cut corners every where they could. The repairs we are now having to make are comical and hard to believe the owners of this company would approve the work being done. Do not use!!

  Buyers beware!!! Jered Roberts will lie to your face. He will try to get over on you anyway to make himself an extra penny. Make sure you are aware of everything that you are purchasing and pay attention to every detail (I.e. Purchasing a new home with a sand driveway). When buying a new home you would think that the realtor/builder would pride themselves on their work, and customer service; not the case with Jered Roberts. He will belittle you when you are talking to him (pompous/arrogance), he will lie directly to your face, and he doesn't fix problems even after repeated phone calls, emails, and text messages. Unfortunately I myself wasn't aware of Jones & Roberts realty before purchasing a home from this firm. I feel like it is my duty to let others know about the unproffesional manner in which they do business. As a business owner in customer service it is upsetting to me that these guys have no pride in what they build/sell. If I ran my company like that I would truly be ashamed! I believe that the only thing that drives this firm is making money off of you. Please do your homework before buying/building with this business.
