I hired this guy and he ended up doing a "quick fix" to my problem. He quoted me a price, and charged me that same price when all was said and done; but once I had a chance to really look at and grasp what he did, I realized the shoddy, cheapo tract home-style work he had left me with at best. He was a referral too from a very good contractor and ended up being sub par at best. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Beware if you hire this guy!
