We called Joseph's for an estimate early this past Spring for an estimate and were told they would be out once their season started. We've seen and spoken to the "boss"on at least 2 occasions since when we saw them at other job sites and still no contact. I guess they are so busy they don't need any more business. Will NOT be calling them again.

6 weeks ago I got an estimate from Josephs for driveway to be sealed. I got a hand shake on the deal and said it would be done in 2 to 3 weeks.I called after 4 weeks but nobody answered, I left a message on the answering machine, but nobody called me back.Is that anyway to treat a customer

I am also waiting for Bill....but I assure you he is a perfectionist and well worth the wait. A very Young Bill helped install my very long driveway about 20 years ago and it was perfect! I could probably top it, but I have decided I will never have to have it done again in my lifetime if I just replace it.
