Joe Wanket built my house in l967 and it was the best house in Encinitas - hands down. We lived in it until 2004 when we took it apart and a friend used the materials to build his home. In all the years we lived there, NOTHING went wrong!!! Joe used the local suppliers and sub-contractors and the work was excellent. I miss that house and Joe and his wonderful family. Jean Moreno
