Joe Cosgrove was contracted to put in a window dormer on our house in Holyoke. He opened the roof and framed it then did not show for weeks. He left the job incomplete after taking advanced payments (shame on me for that) and never returned. We had to hire someone to fix all his mistakes and complete the job. Joe Cosgrove is dishonest and should not be allowed to conduct business of any kind.
