Joe Pacheco did a bathroom renovation in my house. I stupidly let him talk me into not pulling building permits and letting him do the plumbing and electrical work himself to save us both money. Several years later a licensed electrician took a look at his work and told me I was lucky the wiring that Pacheco performed hadn't caused a fire. So then I called a plumber in to check problems and the plumber told me I was fortunate the work he performed didn't cause a bad leak and damage. There were other issues with fan venting that were very problematic as well that required repair. Those are the major issues that created problems. There are many more complaints about quality of work too long to list including saying the job would be completed in ten straight working days when it took 14 days spread out over six weeks for completion. Between electrical repairs and plumbing repairs due to shoddy work it cost me over $600. Buyer beware!
