He hired his unlicensed friends to complete work he quoted me on. He does not communicate, does not start when he says he's going to and took over a year to finish the work he started. If you can, you should hire anyone else, he is not worth the buck you think you are saving. Worth it to hire someone who knows what they are doing, is fully licensed, has working who are also fully licensed before paying double to fix his mistakes.
