    Kitchen and main floor remodel

    Interesting, please see the review above. Our experience was very much the same. Mr Wilch took our money, started the work, dragged his feet and never finished the job. He also didn't pay most of his subs. We were faced with liens and repair expenses. Please be careful with this guy and his company Adonai Custom Estates.

    Our experience has been very bad working with this company. They did not finish the project. At the time that they were replaced with another contractor they had not finished any of the major systems (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) As well, much of the work they did do did not meet code and had to be re-done by another Contractor. Upon replacing this company they came up with undue change orders that weren't approved and filed liens on the property based on these exaggerated costs etc.., As well, we have since our issues with them discovered they have at least 4 or 5 other clients that they are having similar issues with. Beware of their legal maneuvers to try and get additional funds that are unwarranted. Also, we understand they had 4 (we believe) stop work orders and/or notice to comply on our property. They were also fined $5000 by the city on our project. Please research in detail before considering using this company.
