I cannot recommend JP Novotny highly enough. He was an absolute joy to work with, educated me along the way, gave me lots of time to make my choices, guided me in how to make choices, told me what not to do (which he was SO right), did what he said he would do, did it on time, brought it in on budget. As we traded materials in and out of the project, he was always able to tell me how things fit into our budget or not. He always kept me realistic and there were few surprises on our year-long new home project. AND, I had a brand-new newborn the day after we bulldozed our old house. He has the most integrity and straight forward manner of anyone I've EVER worked with, and he provided very high quality workmanship. Oh, and he's been around a long time doing custom homes and knows his business.
