JP Plumbing installed a new water heater in our Frankfort home on June 30, 2015. The installation was poorly done and soon developed a leak. After numerous phone calls and broken promises that someone would be out to fix it, someone finally showed up on April 6, 2016 and installed the heater. A few weeks ago, I went to turn on my garden hose only to discover the connector for it had been removed and used to install the water heater! Needless to say, I was quite upset. I called JP Plumbing. They admitted to having used my hose connector to install the water heater and promised to be out in a day or two to connect my hose. It has been over a week now and no one has come out. They are not answering nor returning my calls. In my opinion, JP Plumbing is a group of liars and thieves. Hire a different contractor for your plumbing needs.
