    Absolutely amazing. We just did a full-gut reno with a 600 sqft addition, in 7 months, with no delays. Because Jeff is amazing.

    First, this is not your bargain-basement contractor. Jeff treats his team and his subcontractors with respect and pays them fairly, and in return demands (for you) their best work, on time. Jeff worked within our budget to get us what we asked for, done right, and without delays. And gave us a full accounting of every dollar spent the whole way through. In the end we paid a very reasonable price for a quality job well done, which is all we wanted from the start.

    And he managed us just as well as his subs. This is a crazy process with about a thousand moving parts and a million decisions that need to be made, but through it all Jeff was there walking us through it. He had us talking to the right people well in advance so we had plenty of time to make decisions, and everything could be scheduled and go in smoothly. He always had helpful advice when we had trouble deciding, were looking at something budget-wrecking, or that he thought we might not love later. We got our way no matter what, but he was always cognizant of our goals and spoke up whenever he had some information helpful in achieving them. It was always clear that he truly cared about us getting the home we really wanted.

    Jeff himself was consistently open and forthcoming in every communication, and his crew and subcontractors were too. Everyone, without exception, was professional, friendly, polite, attentive, and focused. Our home was never a hassle, or something to rush through before quitting time, even for the more mundane details like keeping cherished plants watered in the gardens. Details mattered, to everyone.

    And that focus and attention to detail shines through in the final result. Every aspect of Jeff’s work reflects an extraordinary level of care and precision. It’s not just the big, obvious elements like the flooring, the cabinetry, the finishes, etc., that stand out. It’s the little things, too. The ones we didn’t even think to mention or had long forgotten about. The light fixtures tucked away in the garage, the seamless placement of fan controls in the walls, the trim work around hidden corners, all of it feels intentional and perfectly aligned with our vision. Jeff has an incredible ability to anticipate what you would have wanted, even before you realize it yourself. His work doesn’t just meet expectations. It quietly exceeds them in the places you’d never expect, and that’s what makes it truly exceptional.

    In the end, working with Jeff was the best decision we could have made. He delivered a complex renovation and addition on time, on budget, and with a level of care, integrity, and craftsmanship that’s increasingly rare. Jeff and his team don't just build houses. They build trust, confidence, and ultimately, homes that reflect the people who live in them. We’re beyond thrilled with the result and deeply grateful to have had him at the helm of this journey.
