I call this guy the 5 minute plumber - he's in and out in 5 minutes. I've called him 6 times, he's showed up three, and the problem still hasn't been fixed! My original complaint was no heat on the first floor. He's jiggled a few wires, replaced a Zone module and 2 thermostats, and each time pronounced the problem fixed! I've had my first floor thermostat set at 80 since about November and it still registers 66 degrees!! My advice - find a REAL PLUMBER who will actually take the time to figure out what's wrong and stay until its fixed!

It was extremely hard to contact Jim! Multiple message were left with his answering service without a single return call. We had to arrange to meet via a real estate agent, as he never returned our calls. When he reviewed the job we discussed dates and he said he would follow up with a quote. He never followed up, we called MANY times. Finally, as a last ditch effort, we were able to contact him via the real estate agent. Bad news: he wouldn't take the job. Weeks were lost! I don't have to tell you not to call this guy because it's more than likely he wont answer!! Steer clear!
