I would recommend Joe Punte as a contractor. He did an amazing job when we first bought a foreclosed home. Our house needed work in both bathrooms, kitchen, floors, stairs, etc. He added a sunroom. We had a reconstruction loan which made it necessary for the construction work to be closely monitored. There was never an issue, he was right on top of everything.
