These guys are not only professional, but responsive and charge fair and competitive rates for their work. Have used them for a few major projects as well as some last minute emergency work, and they were on top of their game. I have never had a problem with them and couldn't recommend them more highly.

I live in a Greystar community in Fairfax and they have contracted with JSA to fix a water damage issue. The technicians are pleasant, but less than competent. I would never work with them if I had a choice.
Is there anything below zero stars?
You usually get what you pay for and I am sure they are cheap. Greystar likes cheap, quality is not important to them.

this company is very irresponsible and they wont think twice about stealing your money. please becarefull get another contractor i gave him a deposit so they could do some work for me after that i never heard from them again

I worked for mr Sam and unfortunately I had a real bad experience he owes me a lot of money and he doesn't want to pay me he doesn't even answer my calls so be careful with this guy.
