We had them here at our home in May 2016 resoded our whole lawn but what kinda bothered me was the amount of new soil they put down only 1 inch over my clay soil I asked and they said this is plenty. The new lawn was Kentucky blue looked great after it was done. We did everything we were supposed to do. 3 months later we noticed area's were turning BROWN. I called Keith, he wasn't too great to hear from me. I had them start to do the mowing first time was great end of week perfect for the weekend the next time they didn't show, I was told they are in this area on Monday's when I was told near the end of the week they could work us in. When I called him he said you call me for problems yet you fired us. I never used the word Fire to him all that was said was my husband asked for near the weekend and you couldn't come through on it. Anyhow I asked about the lawn why area's are turning brown. He really didn't want to help me, I tried asking if there is a warranty changed the subject said to give it a couple of weeks I will stop over NEVER DID. So now my husband is replacing the sod in the area's that are brown because we have a family gathering coming up at our home. Also, doesn't do paperwork that says what he was doing or what he got or how much he got all verbal then when talking price at the end did figures on a piece of paper where he showed a total not a breakdown.
Hired this guy and after about two months stopped showing up and I kept calling cause the grass kept growing so high and ughly. After a month I hired another company to come and cut the grass cause I was tired loking at an ughly lawn. I had to pay more to the new company cause it was so high. Then this owner Keith had the audacity to send me the bill anyway. And when I didn't pay he suddenly knew to how to call, go figure. Ridiculous.
