I highly recommend working with Jason Sappenfield! He was methodical, thoughtful, and a great builder.

Jason Sappenfield does not care about the home! Just as another review stated he is terrible with fixing anything in the home. He shows no concern and tries to deter you from using the warranties. He is horrible to deal with. The entire experience with him has been awful. I only gave one star because I had to for submission of the review. I rate him 0 stars.

I would not recommend this builder. Jason Sappenfield is not capable of getting his contractors to fix any problems that arise from poor quality. He tries to blame any defect on the buyer, it is absurd! Stay away buy another home from any other builder just not JSS!
