    JSS Property Professionals are not professional at all! I had Scott Suarez come out to give me an estimate on a kitchen cabinet job on 7/31/2023. He told me I would hear back in a week with an estimate for the job. I called the office on 8/20/2023 and left a message for Keelie asking about the estimate, no return call. I emailed Keelie on 8/23/2023 regarding the phone call and estimate, never heard back.

    Let me start by saying the end product was good However getting there was not fun .
    I had a carport converted to a single car garage and it took 7 weeks .
    They would come for one or two days and be gone for a week or they’d show up at 11 and work till 2p and be gone .
    No set schedule at all , it’s my opinion they had larger projects happening and I was on the back burner which would be fine but give me a schedule!
    Also they would do work and leave my yard a mess with concrete debris and pallets for days , my HOA and neighbors were on my butt constantly and I had to agree with them , it looked horrible.
    They also ruined a garden hose and a sprayer which I requested a reimbursement for and they did agree but only if I provided the old hose and a receipt, that’s being petty imo when I’ve just spent $11,000 dollars with their company .
    It failed final electric inspection because they tried to pass off regular outlets instead of the required GFCI outlets, and when I questioned the carpenter he said he knew but the owner said install them anyway.
    Also tried to pass off a regular window as an impact hurricane window which the inspector also caught, so they came back out and installed metal shutters which I have to install when we get storms now .
    Also refused to paint the garage , said it wasn’t included yet every garage they’ve done in my development they have painted !
    It was my understanding that if you do a stucco job you paint it too .
    There were a few other issues too but if this isn’t enough to explain why I don’t recommend this company then go ahead and use them for your project, I promise you’ll be sorry.
    Oh and you’ll only see Scott the owner once, he won’t return your calls either , he has his secretary call you , sometimes.
    But they sure do contact you when that last payment is due !!

    Most efficient and reliable company I’ve hired yet. I’ve used them on a number of major projects ranging from full on condo building restoration to smaller projects on my personal properties. Unlike other construction companies I use to use- these guys actually show up and do quality work.

    JSS Property Professionals does inferior workmanship and will not issue legitimate refund due customer. Scott Suarez is owner and manager of “JSS Property Professionals”. On January 3, 2013 we paid for a microwave cabinet and for two exterior doors. The microwave cabinet was never ordered so our money should be refunded. The first door was installed at the end of April. However, Scott ordered the wrong door for the second door, so we cancelled the second door. He will not refund the money that we prepaid on these items. Although work is complete, he failed to issue a final invoice and the refund. After repeated attempts, he will not answer phone calls, emails, or texts. I have written several emails explaining the refund we expect and why. He will not respond. While on the job his workers used our personal items, like lamps for work lamps and tables for step stools. They did not cover or protect personal items, like boxes of family photos. They stole a wicker headboard. It was returned in damaged condition. Scott never inquired or apologized for this incident or any incident that caused us inconvenience or loss of personal property.

    If this complaint can protect other people from hiring “JSS Property Professionals”, then it is well worth the effort. This is a company that should be avoided at all costs.
