I would give zero stars if I could. I have been calling for a week with no response what so ever. JT is supposed to be the company we use due to our warranty but I will be filing a complaint so that we can get someone else out here. Our AC is leaking and we don't want to turn it on until i hear back from JT. We also have water damage now too. Also I am 9 months pregnant and very hot! So disappointed in Jimmy and this company.
