These people (Joel and Tom Klinger) are unreliable. They built a carport for me in September, 2019. The pillars and rafter were pressure-treated wood and needed 6 months to dry before it could be painted. So I paid in full for the job in September since they promised to come in the spring, while I was away, to finish the painting. I returned home September 1, 2020 and even though I had contacted them in advance to remind them I was surprised to see they never did the painting. In addition, they do not answer my emails or return my phone calls and the guy they had designated to do the painting refuses to do it. So it’s just bare wood, looks lousy, and the total project is a failure. Do not trust them. By the way, most of the reviews on Facebook were written by Clay Dexter, the person who was supposed to do the paint job but reneged and is an associate of Klinger, Clay’s wife Rhea or members of the JTK family, so those reviews are hardly objective.
