Company is a little clueless. Recommended to us through Installation Made Easy (Floor and Decor). Estimate took more than a week and several texts and calls to receive. Finally received estimate, bought materials, paid deposit through Installation Made Easy, but could not get Just Floors to provide a written contract, despite requesting it 3 times. I was told they don't do contracts and the estimate is a contract. Installation Made Easy says a contract is required. At time of estimate, told the job would take a week. Less than a week before the project, we were told it was a 10-12 day job. Beware! Installers may be great but we just couldn't get to that point. Difficult to communicate with and no follow up or follow through by the company. Still can't get past...."we don't do contracts." Wow.
