A Copy of an email from this Company, and an example of pure professionalism after said friend thought it fair to send a note to all bidders not chosen.
(Friend) "my price i could care less if u think its to high are not. if u can barely afford a home them maybe u shouldnt seek professional services. and seems how yur hubby is a contractor have him do it.
perhaps well drive by and if the proper work producers dont seem to be in place i can have an inspector show up to see if the contractor is lic, bonded & insured.
... people like you are a dime a dozen and i dont care what you thought of my price.
its yur problem yur over head and trying to refinance and wanting a cheap bid.
glad i only googled yur home also and never wasted my time driving over there.
my instincts after years of being in business can always weed out the cheaps bull XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXers.
i have hundreds of happy customers and other general contractors we have serviced in the area for legal market pricing and i choose what i want as far as work.
thats why i gave you general pricing and not desperate pricing.
