WARNING: do not use this contractor. We paid a deposit of more then half of the contract estimate and he sent incompetent contractors to rebuild our deck. Khalil sent two different crews that weren't able to do the job or complete the work right. Afterwards , Khalil refused to answer our questions or come on site to review the damage the subcontracts did or meet with us in person. He lied and manipulated us and then ask for the remaining of the money by text to complete the work. He was referred by a friend and we thought he was legit and honest but it turned out that he wasn't and just took our money and didn't do any of the work himself. We even bought additional materials costing an additional $1,000 and his subcontractors damaged the materials when they were suppose to get our approval before cutting the boards. Their work was slopping and raggedy and each crew tried to blame it on the previous crew he sent out. I hate to leave this review but others need to be warned so they don't get ripped off. we our out of $3,500 deposit and $1,000 in additional materials that we purchased. But Khalil may have spent $500 in his materials for wood and $1500 in labor to his subcontractor that never finished the work. He refused to finish the work until we paid the remaining $2,000 that was left on the contract. not even 50% of the project was completed maybe 25%. DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE WORKMANSHIP HE WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU. AND NEVER GIVE MORE THAN HALF DOWN. WE DID AND REGRET DOING IT.
