Don’t hire, this was the most horrific experience ever had with plumbing and heating! The work did not past code inspections and we had to re-hire and pay another plumber/HVAC company to re-do all the work done by the two brother’s that operate and own this company. Everything left behind was sloppy and dirty, mud all over the house, very rude individuals.

Would never recommend this company. They were supposed to come out to look at my basement toilet, which was not working. The guy spent about a minute looking at it, said and I quote “eh, I think it’s going to work for you.” And then spent a subsequent 15+ minutes sitting on my stairs campaigning for K&K to put in a new water softener. I am not exaggerating any of this. I paid a $75 service fee to listen to the guy jockey for a commission on a water softener. By the way, it also took over a half dozen phone calls and 3 weeks to get a copy of my inspection paperwork from K&K. When I finally received it, it references a toilet model number that is not present on ANY toilet in my house.
Save yourself the trouble and use BWK. They were wonderful- professional, prompt, and helpful.
