    No he lies tells you he replaced a very expensive part for you to find out he never did and walked away with 1900 dollars. Please don’t hire him! I will be calling the licensing department to see if they can have his license revoked.

    The air unit it is not working I think the thermostat is not working in the house put new batteries

    When you treat a person that you told you were connected to the hip for the next 10 years had it in for the first winter breaker wasn't big enough a year later the unit froze up and now a year later the Heat wasn't working Paul came out put a breaker in it then a couple days had to use the air part of it only thing would come out or is the circulating of the air no cold air but now you can even get him to show up. On Friday December the 30th I text him no answer I called him voicemail full and he still has not gotten back with me and it is January 4th and still nothing 3 days ago he said he had two more to do and then hers well guess what it must be taking him a long time to do those two cuz he still hasn't done anything and you don't treat a 87-year-old lady that way. So whatever you do do not choose Paul to come out and put a system in your place you might see him twice but then no show no text no calls if you're that busy then you shouldn't have that many people on your list but what he's doing is probably selling people units and don't have enough help to take care of them all and he probably puts his head on his pillow at night and can sleep in his cool house or his warm house. I'm not a person to trash someone out but it when it comes down to my mom that is 87 years old having to stay in a trailer with no heat and now know where and probably all he has to do is fix the thermostat something that probably will take 30 minutes of his time

    We bought a unit from Mr. Paul, and it came with a 10-year free parts and labor warranty, and we have been asking for him to come out and fix the unit for 6 days know (12/08/2022-12/13/2022) and all we get is I am coming and no show, no call, no nothing one text stating he is finishing up a job at 10:30 at night and wanted to come out, I should have told him I will keep the light on for you, but I was being kind and told him to go home and be with his family and I would see you in the morning (Saturday) no show, no call, nothing all weekend and we cannot get him to call or answer our text and his voice mail is always full. The warranty is no good if you can't get anyone out to fix your unit. Thank goodness it has been cool these last couple day. I would not recommend him too anyone. I also recommended him to my church and my dad and let just stay he does a no show for them as well. So don't think you are getting a good deal because of the warranty because you're not.

    I had a restaurant keg cooler that had kept freezing up. The gentleman at K & P promptly came by and fixed it for a large sum, but at least it had been fixed for now. Then less than a couple weeks later the same issue happens again. The contractor came back when requested to. He seemed to fix it again for a while and charged a smaller fee but then a week later still the same problem. I again called K & P up only this time they didn't show up as requested. Called again but they still didn't show up. For that much money put into the original repair, I should have got better service then that.
