Last year I had K&B resurface my 600 sq ft patio in a cream color, textured pattern. What they failed to tell me, was that NOTHING can be moved across the surface or it leaves scratch marks EVERYWHERE. Everything has to be lifted OFF the surface and not dragged or moved. The same goes for pulling the garbage can across the patio with wheels, any black sole shoes make marks and when it rains, the puddles leave stains that have to be scrubbed off with a brush. Now I have 600 extra square feet to mop and scrub and I hate it. I spent $3000 and the least they could have done was advise that this would happen if we chose that color. Huge waste of money.
