Jim Lewein quoted us for a window installation & when we chose him, he emailed us “Thanks for choosing us . We’d begin work after the window arrives. Please keep me updated & we will fit you in late April or early May.” When the window arrived I contacted him. He was out of town & emailed “I’ll reach out & schedule your window when I return.” He didn’t. We made several phone calls trying to schedule a date. He was “busy”, “fell asleep”, was “just heading into a meeting “ & would call back. He didn’t. We called & asked when he would schedule us. He actually hung up on me. You cannot trust what he says. He’s the most unprofessional & rude contractor I’ve ever met.
