I have used K. Kinahan Construction for all of my projects for the last 12 years. They have built me a 4100 sqft home in San Francisco, remodeled two units of a duplex I use as a rental property and remodeled a separate rental property to modernize and bring it back to a more livable design. Working with them has always been great, I've never had an issue, they are honest, fast, reliable, and offer great advice on how to cut costs while getting the best quality possible of work. What I appreciate is that they have trained carpenters and work directly with you to make sure every request, from fine cabinetry finishing, to trim, and major construction all fall within the my budget and unique needs. I recommend K. Kinahan Construction for any project and think anyone would be happy to use them.
