He slowly works to gain your confidence to get more and more work, bigger projects, then takes your money without finishing the work. He'll blame his no shows on the kids, the wife, whatever it takes to put it off. He doesn't follow the rules for how to conduct business as a contractor, and he'll take cash every chance he gets to avoid a paper trail. This company sux

We hired them and they kept putting us off on the job even though we paid in full. They did finally do do two out of three jobs we finally fired them. They still owe us money

Paid KNA remodeling to remodel my front sun room. Payment in the amount of 4K was given to him promptly after estimate and signage of contract. I live in a retirement development where it is required to have an up to date licensure to perform such work. The development reached out to me , in order to make me aware this business had provided a waterlogged license ( the numbers where seemingly purposefully blurred, which upon further inspection- was " up for review" and outdated. I reached out to him multiple times , in order to find out how to get my deposit back. He would respond intermittently with promises to return my money- in small increments and over a long period of time, he paid me back 3k. However ,1k of my money was never returned. Coming up to November 2024- I did not have any response from him, and I proceeded to file a civil judgment against him. I was awarded this at this time. He has evaded returning this money and had never performed ANY work. BEWARE! Strongly encourage you to look up his full criminal history, as I'm positive you wouldn't give him a dime if you saw what he has been capable and convicted of!
