Typical take the money and run Contractor.
Does not stand behind work and does the cheapest thing possible will cut corners everywhere he can.
Had him do a remodel on my house and had some issues would not come back and fix and i offered to pay for everything.
Used glue to install kitchen hood. Which failed and caused damage to cabinet, dishwasher and wood floor when it fell off the wall.
Use nontreated wood on exterior which in return rotted within months and caused structural damage to porch edition. This fix alone has cost us thousands and still not done.
Broke a window on install and was promised it would be replaced, still waiting
Bad grout job on shower install which caused slow leak into kitchen ceiling which damaged drywall wood floor, some cabinets and lighting along with some electrical. Now finding mold.
These are just a few things to start
nice person to talk to, but do not trust.
