Avoid Kelton and KB Air at all costs. They were forced upon me by my townhome complex builder and I couldn't have had a worse experience. KB Air installed my AC unit which worked for about 1 month before it broke down and no longer worked. The builder had me attempt to contact KB Air in which I tried over 20+ times. In that time all I got were ignored calls and deflected text messages. When they did finally agree to come out to take a look at my unit, they set up a time and day and didn't even show up. Any further attempts to contact them have ended up with voicemails or ignored emails. Literally anyone else would be better than KB Air.

Kelton replaced our furnace in December 2010. Three weeks later it stopped working and we were freezing. We repeatedly tried to call him and left multiple messages and it took over a week during a cold winter for him to call us back. Then a couple of months later we had problems again. We think he didn't install the furnace correctly. We went through the same difficult time of trying to reach him. Then when last summer came around, our air conditioner wouldn't work. We called him because it worked fine before he replaced the furnace. He said we were out of freon and charged several hundred dollars to replace it. By the way, each time he came, nothing was ever his fault.
Luckily our furnace worked all last winter, although it was an extremely warm winter. Now it is a hot spring and we went to turn on our air conditioner and it doesn't blow out cold air. We called someone to service it who is here right now and he said the freon is completely gone. He thinks that KB Air broke a line when he installed the furnace. I tried to call Kelton at KB Air, and surprise, surprise, he didn't answer. To replace the freon this year will be over $450 and the service man who is here right now can't find the leak because he thinks the line is somewhere tucked in the coil behind our new furnace.
He quoted $3000 for a new furnace.

Did a horrible job installing a HVAC unit in my new townhouse. Installed completely wrong and won’t answer phone calls or text messages to come fix the issue. RUN FAR FAR AWAY from this contractor.
