I highly recommend not using KBA NW for any construction project. The owners name is Alexander Tsytsyn, look him up! He recently did a kitchen remodel project for us that he did not complete. First after we gave him our down payment, he disappeared for 30 days. He would consistently disappear for 5-7 days without any communication. You would never know when he was going to shop up. He also took applianced from our kitchen that he had no right to take. I've been trying to get ahold of him for two weeks and absolutely no response. I had to hire another contractor to come in and finish the job. He's a great talker... don't buy in! Go ahead and contact me if you want more feedback. [email protected]

It’s never easy to find a proper contractor that can understand your vision of the project! Alex from KBA North West however met all of my expectations! I'm not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to working on my home, but they always stayed calm, polite and professional with me. I will recommend them to everybody who need to have a perfect kitchen in their house!
I called Alex from KBA to check out my old master bathroom that I wanted to renovate. Alex was very professional and did everything that is possible to him to bring my dreams into reality. My bathroom is brilliant!

Can not say enough about KBA NW. Working with Alex and his crew was the best! They were on time, they were efficient and they are terrific craftsman! Their work ethics was awesome. I hired Alex to do some work in my basement apartment and garage. He installed laminate flooring, trim, floorboards, and cabinets. He also painted the interior walls. Alex is the owner of this family business and it is obvious that he takes pride in his work. He has all of the qualities you would want in your contractor (which unfortunately is difficult to find these days). He was extremely courteous, punctual, fair, and his work was top notch! I highly recommend Alex for any General Contractor work. He was very knowledgeable, was willing to listen to my ideas, and provided accurate suggestions which actually improved my plans at no extra cost! I'm very happy with the work completed by KBA Northwest, and they will be my first call for any future general contracting needs. I feel lucky I found this honest company!

We are very pleased with Alex's work. He responded quickly to our request for a bid, and completed the work within two weeks. Our project was to have a water heater in a basement room enclosed so that it would meet code. Alex was knowledgeable about codes, efficient in his work, and courteous. He even cleaned up afterward :) I would definitely hire Alex again, and highly recommend him to anyone.

Provided broad estimate over the phone, based on square footage, wood type, and wear - I liked that.
Overall, I got far better responses & info during the initial phone call from the contractors recommended by Thumbtack. I have hired someone to do the hardwood flooring.

Oh my gosh they are probably the best contractor i have worked with ever! I had a couple home remodels i did in the past and i used quite a few contractors. Some of them were somewhat good to work with and other were just horrible. But then i found KBA and now i know i found people i can trust with my future remodels. I would definelty recommend them 100%!!!
