We hired Purewal Contractors Inc for a kitchen renovation.They where available right away and started right away, Singh the project manager was professional and considerate when it came to our request to setup and debris removal. the quality of work is beautiful and price is reasonable. Highly recommend them

Worked With Purewal Contractors Inc on a complete bathroom renovation in 2010 at Purewal Did a awesome job from design and construction, we worked with Parminder mainly and its been 10 years there have been no issues what so ever , so we decided this to do a complete kitchen renovation with Purewal and this time we got to work with both singh and Parminder, and this time they blew me away, not only is there quality materials, but the design is easy with 2d and 3d and material selection, they completed the kitchen with 2 weeks, and it is flawless, the workers are on time and the clean up after them selves

Professional, precise work. After coming by to quote, Singh was able to schedule us in same week and finished the project (a mini 800 sqft flooring, painting the apartment, and minor electrical repair) in less than a week. He and his team laid out drop cloths, were very careful to not bump/damage anything, and left everything clean afterwards (so important!). Easy to reach and communicate with. Highly recommend working with Singh, worth the price, showed up on time and showed all the material before starting the job too

Apartment renovation focused on upgrading and modernizing kitchen, as well as less extensive improvements to the bathroom. Touch up painting and repairs were also done. Purewal did a good job for us and I appreciate the elder Singh in particular for being a man of his word.

Secondly My Project Managers Singh/Parminder/Jasbir were very organized and had a eye for design and construction, he was always here, not to mention always available to handle a call even late in the night to talk about the project, his team always spoke English never a day scratched anything or even messed anything around the house, and even protect my neighbors yards when he was doing work.
Fyi his team is very big always he had 10 guys on the house consistently working and he did on time (5 months and on budget)

And Singh's estimate was by far fair I met with 4 different contractors and 2 of them didn't even respond,

At the end of the day my home is looking beautiful with the help of Singh I have a second floor that now also includes a kitchen, bathroom/bedrooms and a new roof and a new vinyl siding,

I wasn't there when the contractor and his men were working due to my work schedule. Work looks ok, a little sloppy in places. As long as it will prevent leaks, I won't be complaining.

I hired Purewal Contractors Inc to do a complete interior and exterior renovation,
I meet Singh and Parminder, the two gentlemen where very nice to meet with and had much information than I knew,

When I received their estimate it was a little bit more ,but I took the bullet and went them, 2 weeks later they started on you interior first floor remodel and exterior Brickpointing,

The team was wonderful, and Singh and Parminder where always on the job site, they completed the job earlier and it has been two months and the exterior brick is not leaking

I primarily worked with two people: John and Singh. John performed a foreman role, while Singh handled the communication and adminstrative work. They are a great team: reasonable and very pleasant to work with. It was my first time hiring contractors and I thought they did a great job on craftsmanship and building to a blueprint. If there is one area of improvement, it would be communicating with their suppliers to ensure everything arrives as scheduled. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Customer service, price and craftsmanship were on point!

I thought based on the reviews I would be dealing with a professional service. But I could not be more wrong.
I declined this contractor (Singh) not because he rescheduled twice BUT because the second time he did not have courtesy to let me know he could not arrive at designated time EVEN THOUGH he assured me week prior that he would arrive. Not a dependable contractor. When I called to ask him where he was Singh tried to tell me he looked at Google maps and assessed the property earlier in the day with a "drive by"and already did the estimate. Really? Why couldn't he call me to tell me he was coming earlier in the day?? Who knows. Not sure why they even reached out to me to begin with if he's claiming he's too busy.Wasted my time. Very unprofessional and highly dissapointing.

Work quality is good. I was able to communicate with workers in nice way. I would like to ask the company to do new project in future.

Purewal Contractors Was Great a Coming out and giving an estimate, Their price was fair for the work that we were doing, in which was a total gut rebuild for an entire home,The work included doing new kitchens and bathrooms, new basement, and the exterior they would do new roofing and siding, I would say this company is the best, because doing a large renovation has sooo much stress and these guys just took that stress and made it so easy for us, and even help us pick out quality materials.

Also Purewal Contractors Inc is so awesome is that they finished the project before the ending date of 5 months, with having a team like them is great, because we didn't have to go anywhere else to find a plumber, electrican, and a architect to do some other work, plus Singh John and Kaur are very poliete and know how we wanted in budget, which really was done.

Contracted with Purewal to install hardwood floors throughout including closets. This was particularly challenging because it was not an empty space. A slightly rocky start on day one, but the workers completed the job in the agreed up timeframe and the tenant is pleased with the outcome. They were very good about removing the debris from the jobsite, and the workers were punctual and polite.

My experience with Purewal Contractors Inc was amazing,when i hired them to build my kitchen plus rebuild my roof they told me where parts of project was needing repair or replacement and parts where it had to be demolished. when i hired them to do my kitchen and my roofing. they provided quality service. during the construction days and they didn't bother my schedule or ask for many things. Some of the things i like about Purewal contractors inc is their warranty and how quick and fast they are when you need them to fix something. i would recommend this company to whom ever is doing an project
