I would not hire Kc Masonry & Concrete Impressions again.
Good points
-Good array of services - liked their stamped concrete.
-After 2 years - basic concrete has held up well.
-Professional.
Less than stellar points
-Lack of communication. Sometimes did not show and did not call.
-Slow
-Had to watch over laborers to make sure they went according to plan. Not sure why they didn't know exactly what I wanted. I had a detailed drawing.
-Color was not what we wanted - it was a picture from their website. They did improve on it once we drew it to their attention - still do not think they understood.
-Color faded within a couple of months - they did fix it.
-Stamped concrete top color has been scraped off due to snow shoveling. Do not even want to deal with them again - will fix it myself.
