Hired KDH to build a sun room and a small screened in porch ,Its been 8-9 mo. that he finished. I ask him 5-6 mo to come and fix a seam breaking took over a mo. and still isn't right..I now have 3 places that wall seam tape is loose. lots of separations of molding and ceiling a outside door that is hard to lock because the door is uneven and cold air inters the room from the bottom. almost all window frame corners are separating. $30,000.00 in cost he didn't have to do roofing and flooring,there was a deck with roof, so settling is not the prob.
