We desperately needed someone to do quality floor moulding installation in our newly purchased older home to which we had installed hardwood flooring throughout. We couldn't get anyone to bid on our job for over a month until we became acquainted with Shane Keck of Keck General Construction. Shane came personally to our home, surveyed the scope of the job, took pains to learn the type of people we are and what would and would not satisfy us. We chose the moulding we wanted, Shane then assigned two of his finish carpentry specialists who purchased and delivered the wood to the house. One of them, Anatoly, then spent just eight hours superbly cutting, trimming, fitting, and attaching the new moulding all around the house, including inside the closets. We couldn't have been more pleased at Anatoly's work quality and ethic. Shane diverted a team of his highly skilled craftsmen from other larger, more lucrative jobs to do a small job to help out a retired couple in need. To top it off, Shane charged us about two thirds of the amount quoted by another contractor and got the job done quickly. A different other contractor had stated it was a two-week job for two men and the price was three times what Shane charged just for the labor alone!
