Keith is a master carpenter and construction design expert that I would highly recommend. I hired him two years ago to build a shed. It turned out to be so much more than a shed . It is now one of the centerpieces of my yard that I constantly am complimented on. I just wanted a shed, but Keith was able to show me how it could be so much more by adding a new England style porch to it and how that would increase my property value…. He was right! I have had several guests ask me if I intend on using it as a guest house as it matches the architecture of the main house so well. Best of all… The construction of the shed was fast. It was almost built overnight and I could not be happier. Since the shed was finished I have hired Keith to build a 37ft x 18ft cedar deck. It is huge and is amazing solid. Best of all we had an issue with a basement bulkhead access. Keith came up with an idea for a hidden trap door access in the deck. It completely changed the look and feel to the deck and opened up tons of space. Best part…You really have to look hard to find where the trap door it is. Recently I had a party with more than 50 people on the deck at one time. It was rock solid because of the heavy duty solid construction. I have now hired Keith to remove a load bearing wall in my home to create a new greatroom. He brought over samples of manufactured beams to show me how we can hide the new beam and open up the room even more. He always has great ideas and works with the me on how we can make my home improvement ideas even better. Thanks Keith I look forward to a few more major project with you….
