It was horrible. We entered into a cost plus agreement to buy our first home. Enter the nightmare, massive delays, zero professionalism, overall disappointment. Keith would not provide any reciepts, records, warranties, and we hired a lawyer so he could not bully us out of our deposit. Prior to hiring legal counsel. Keith demanded $10,000 cash to continue the job, we asked for back up on our prior deposits and Keith became very defensive and hard to deal with on a normal day to day business level as expected to in peers in the same / similar fields. After legal proceedings, we had to buy house as-is, without any warranties, paper work on new appliances, water heathers, no insurances from contractors, and this is very problematic for a first time home buyer. Our neighbor had the same issues with Keith. Upon moving in, Keith removed lighting fixtures, accessories to brand new sinks, stoves, etc. a very sad closing but we suggest doing your homework, checking in on every detail of the home, including craftsmanship, tile work, plumb walls, surface counter work, et al. Our brand new foot kitchen island is already dropping in the center. Thanks Keith.
