October 29, 2019Carpet installation
have had very bad experiences with Lowes in Plant City from their carpet installation. Their installers with Keller Interiors leave a lot to be desired. They do not stand behind their work and will price gouge you to fix the problems that they created. I would not recommend their installation sub contractors and will never use them again. The Lowes sales department (Mainly Mike) went above and beyond to try to correct this problem but Keller was not willing to correct their poor installation job. This problem would not have been a big deal if Keller would have followed thru on what they said they would do while they were installing other carpet for me. Dodie Walker

I was ordering carpet from Lowe's. Lowe's has a contract with Keller. They measured incorrectly. I called Keller and was hung up on twice. Lowe's said they only use Keller to install carpet so I ordered carpet from a different store. I told Lowe's I would not use Keller interiors for the install. Lowe's employees were very pleasant.
