This contractor is very unprofessional. After receiving a competitive quote and setting up an appointment for the work to be done, he failed to show up. An hour after the time he was supposed to arrive, we called him and he said he would arrive within 15 minutes. Another hour passes, and he calls and says he will not be coming after all. No explanation, no request to reschedule.

Scheduled a time for a repair. I even put all plastic down myself. The day comes for the repair. He said he would be here at 8am. I call him at 8:45. He tells me that they are running late and that they will be there before 9. I get a call from one of his workers, he couldn't even call me himself, to tell me that they are not coming. No explanation or try to reschedule, nothing. He is only right down the street from me so it's not like he had to drive an hour to get here. During the time of receiving the quote, I even explained that I would want other major work done after this job was done. I will not call this guy again. If you need Antoine of work done to your house, stay away from these guys. They won't even show up to do the job
