Kelly McArdle Construction was formed by Daniel Kelly, Jr. and Daniel McArdle. After graduating from N.C. State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in structures, Danny worked for Prestige Building Company as a project manager in their production division. Dan McArdle graduated from the university of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. After graduation, Dan entered the management training program in the Real Estate Division of Nationsbank. Danny and Dan formed Kelly McArdle Construction in 1997.
Kelly McArdle Construction is a full service general construction company with an unlimited building license. Our primary focus is infill residential construction, which includes multifamily, new construction and remodeling. We believe to possess one of the best educated management teams in the industry and our combined experience has produced nearly 300 homes in the Charlotte area. Our goal has been to grow our business at a conservative rate that has allowed us to implement a systematic approach to doing business.
