DO NOT WORK WITH JOSH AT KEMM CONSTRUCTION. They built our house and as part of the closing documents, Kemm construction agreed to fix house issues for the first 12 months after we closed. We have sent them lists of issues and after 20+ attempts via email, phone calls, voicemails, and texts they still have failed to respond or fix any of the house issues.
SERIOUSLY, THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.
