We hired this company to paint the entire house and install new laminate floors. This task was supposed to take 1-2 weeks max. It took over 1 month and the work never got completed. Of course, these guys wanted cash up front. I gave them a small amount to get started. The agreement was $5000 for labor and I pay for the supplies. They said they will purchase the supplies and provide me with the receipts. I expected the supplies to be just paint and floors.
But, supplies included everything they needed, including a ladder, a nail gun, etc. I told them to leave the supplies behind since I paid for it. But, this never happened, they disappeared before the work got completed.
The company is very unprofessional. The 2 sons of the owner were drinking and blasting music, while "painting". During the painting process, they spilled a half a gallon of paint on the stairs, which they said: "don't worry, it'll come right off".
They would show up 1 day, skip 3-4 days then after calling them multiple times, show up again.
The laminate floors they partly installed are falling apart. There are gaps between the floors because they didn't lock them in place. I now have to get the floors re-done by someone else.
I DO NOT recommend this company.
