Kenneth Gerald Sheppard, alias Gerald Sheppard, is one of the developers of our subdivision, Fontainbleau, located in Conyers, GA. Our community of luxury homes was never properly marketed and did not sell well. Mr.Sheppard and his partner, Alton Housworth have failed to provide upkeep and maintenance to the sudivision, have stopped collecting annual HOA dues and never made outreach to the homeowners. Last year the developers were nearly cited by code enforcement for failing to keep grass cut on the vacant lots that they own and allowing standing water to remain in the fountain at the entrance - a health hazard. This year they are attempting to invalidate the covenants by failing to file the annual state registration for the homeowners association. This failure could result in the state's administrative dissolution of the HOA as Mr Sheppard and his partner continue to own 65% of the vacant property in the community. The homeowners only option is legal action against these developers. Mr Sheppard has failed to act in good faith with the community residents and ranks as one of the worst developers in the state.
